BODIEDNovelist – PA, USA (he/him)

  • Background
    • Owner of the FGC TO Discord since October 2019; writer at toptier.gg since August 2019; author of Bodied, the world’s first FGC novel; longtime volunteer chairperson for Persad, a Pittsburgh-based LGBTQ+ and HIV/AIDS charity.
    • Occupation/Degree: software QA, author; BS in Mathematics & Philosophy, MA in Bioethics.

    • Akron-based TO and advocate of the Ohio FGC; creator and maintainer of https://ohiofgc.com/; main organizer of Ohio’s online fighting game weekly, Dragon Punch: Online.

    • Moderation: has acted in at least some mod capacity in countless communities including IRC channels, message boards, subreddits, Discord servers, and Twitch streams since around 2007; currently a moderator for Frame Fatales as well as a smaller Twitch community (~200-300 concurrent viewers on average); past positions include Pokemon Crater, Gaia Online, /r/smashbros.
